This is my meal plan for a Low Carb Keto St. Patrick’s Day Dinner.  I can not wait!

Entree:

Low Carb Crock Pot Beef Brisket served over Cauliflower Mash, and I’m going to add a wedge of Cabbage that has been cooked in the beef brisket juices to it.

Lastly, I’m going to add a pat of Kerrygold Irish butter to the top of the whole thing!  #BecauseIrish

UPDATE: Here’s how it turned out! Yummy!

Dessert:

Low Carb Keto Chocolate Cupcakes with Low Carb Icing (tinted green of course)
