Add all the spices to a zip-lock bag and mix.
Add drumettes to bag with spices and shake until chicken is covered.
Place drumettes on to a non-stick (I use parchment paper) sheet pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees, or until the internal temperature reached 165 degrees, flipping the drumettes half way through bake time.
If you prefer a bolder spicy flavor, then double the chili powder to 1 tsp.
