This zucchini chili is low carb and a family favorite year round.
In large pot, cook turkey meat on medium heat until done.
Add onion and peppers and cook until softened.
Add Chili Spice Mixture and stir well to coat the meat, onions and peppers.
Add the Rao's Marinara and stir well, and bring chili back up to temp.
Dice the zucchini into bite size pieces, add to pot of chili and stir.
Simmer chili for approx 15-20 minutes or until the zucchini is the desired tenderness you prefer. Stirring occasionally.
Serve with sour cream and cheddar cheese. *We add hot sauce too!
5.3 carbs for about 1 1/2 cup serving. Plus anything you add to the top... ie. Cheese, sour cream.
